Description
A Series of Unfortunate Events is a hilariously morbid and disturbing children's book series which I love very much. If you've read the series, you might recognize this scene from Book the Seventh: The Vile Village.Related content

I love it! Recognized it immediately. The Vile Village is my favorite book of the sries because it's the middle book and the turning point of the series: from here on out, the children were on their own in the world and the series turned considerably darker.
Awesome fanart! Although, aren't the Baudelaires being a bit too... unemotional? (Considering the events surrounding this scene.)

...They could always kidnap Creepy Baby Naraku from Inuyasha.... duct-tape his mouth shut and pretend he's a girl... Hana-chan can subdue him, hehehe
Of course, there's always the conventional button-eyed doll idea. But that's not as exciting. Though, seeing Hana and Megumi cosplaying with a doll would be SO cute and funny.

True! ^o^ Hana-chan and Megumi would look adorable cosplaying as Violet and Klaus. Too bad they don't have a creepy baby sister, though...

But the Baudelaires get separated from him (I gave you a clue) in the end...

Hwee! *hugs you* I love that series - I'm all for morbid kid's books! I'm a junior in high school, but I keep reading them anyway... Is that a bad sign? Hope not. Anyway, this is very cool. Love the feathers.

Very nicely drawn. Don't know the series, unfortunately, so I'm at a loss to what it's about, but it looks good!
The way you coloured it is interesting, as well.

a series of Unfortunate events is about Klaus, Violet and Sunny. there parents are killed in a fire so they are sent to live with Count Olaf. an evil man who whants the money that there parents left behinde. and no matter where they are sent....count Olaf is right behinde them trying to steal the money in anyway! it is a book and movie. i never got to see the movie sadly but i am in love with the books.

EEEEE!! ::Latch:: I love this series! And I just got done reading The Vile Village.. Yay! ^__^ This is really really nice, I like how you took Brett Helquist's style of drawing the Baudelaires and sort of twisted it into a different one but still retaining that base.. uh.. thing. ^_^;; Love it!
