Description
I am proud to present Beautiful Simplicity!
A clean, black-glass theme made to suit any visual style!
Spent me alot of time,
and im starting to get the hang of making these things!
Version 2.0
9th June 2009 - FINALLY we have the new release here avaliable for you to download. I've added new features and bug fixes. I appologise for the major delay, but i haven't had the time to update this skin (eariler this morning i had my midyear physics exam
).Changes in this version:
- Fixed song title bug.
- Fixed timer display
- Moved play controls to bottom for cleaner look.
- Added 'Always Ontop' feature.
- Added minimize button.
As for anything, just read 'README.txt' included.
I spent a long time writing that up, and i did it for it only to be read.
It includes everything from general info and version history, to help and support as well as contact details.
Id really like to know what you guys think, so please if you view this leave me a comment.
And dont forget to check out my other WinAmp themes!

It's a very elegant skin (
This is a big minus, also undskinned playlist-window (
Best solution is to make the same skin without eq, so that people who get the same problem can use that beauty

well that problem isnt cause of the skins,
its a bug of winamp itself,
so we just gotta hope and pary they fix it
but watch this space,
as im planning to skin the other windows whenever i get time !

The problem still be there, beacause both equalizers use a small bars as background and if even use a variables (if a track is bigger than 9min59sec = 2-digit minutes, it overlap eq), equalizer will be moved to the right, but the bar still be there and 'll be overlaped by a timer.
1. you can put a variables to dislocate the right eq righttowards if the timer growth about 2-digit-barrier, but than you must kill the background bars
2. kill the right eq completely (so like I did)
3. kill both (better, because you tried to keep a synchrony line, so you lost it with a 2nd suggestion) (so like I did)
I don't want to submit my modded ones only to earn some stars&comments

hopefully get it centred, and taking a better look at the right eq.

You couldn't describe the skin better, like you did with its name. But could you please skin the ML and PL? I am someone, who is using both a lot and they look that ugly that I prefer the BigBento-Skin at the moment :\

When an mp3 has no ID3 tags, the bitrate of the file is shown at both artist and title lines. To fix this, I've edited the player-elements.xml file, and changed songinfo to songname on line 47. Hope it helps someone

I like it a lot!
However, if you decide to go further with this I merely suggest trying to:
1. make the playlist, eq, and video box appear in that order under the player with transparency as well or just a border into solid, because I've yet to see anyone make those elements transparent or even transparent-ish borders around solid.
2. color themes: ones that just change the text color or the song title and ones that are the basic colors red/orange/yellow/green/blue/purple/pink/gray/white (the first 7 with white or black text alts). People love color choices that extra bit, makes a skin fit better to a user's theme/bg/etc.
I think others would enjoy it that extra bit.

i know what you are saying about the colour choice,
its a good idea and ill look into in.
i also do have plans to skin all other windows,
which will involve a design and trial and error process because ive done that before.
but i also need to manage my time,
as i am in my final year of high school and its really alot of work.
