Lucía is pretty down after her meeting with Rodrigo's sister. She feels her chances to be with him are very faint now and she's terrified she would remain poor and we no chances of going up in the social ladder as most middle class people in my country long to achieve. This is, in fact, the main reason why these two sisters will eventually fall out . In the last panel, Lucía runs away from her sister. This image represents she wants to run away from her life and social status. Who would've thought this side of Elenita's mother which is considered to be the best mom in the manga, uh? Maybe we should consider she was younger then.Remember to read from right to left.
