I can't tell exactly what I had in mind while I was doing this. Maybe something organic, something liquid and free and flowing. Maybe, even some peculiar creatures in Hayao Miyazaki films.Used ink for this one and some dry pastels for the background..

It reminds me of Miyazaki's characters like the black magic creatures (How's Moving Castle) or the black curse (Princess Mononoke). Anyway, very interesting work.

Love the fact that the darker heavier shapes appear to droop down, while the thinner, branch-looking objects are just floating!

It kinda reminds me of those pictures therapists use.. I forgot what theyre called lol like as if they flashed one of the pictures and asked what you see and it starts transforming into something scary.. but im a horror nerd lol
