I never thought that drawing trees could be so much fun.. By the way, I would love to live in one of these hill houses..I Sketched this with pencils ranging from HB to 7B.. Listening to "The Shire" by Howard Shore.. Magic!

Great drawing. The details are awesome. It's not some ordinary tree, but that actually makes it more likable, if you know what I mean... I love it.

Eyecatching at the very first sight. I just saw the thumbnail and had to have a closer look.
Your technique is great and the details are gorgeous.
And although the tree is not "pretty" in a ordinary sense. You managed to transfer something special with this drawing.
I see ... don't know quite how to put it in words... let's say
'Dignity" and old grown ancestor of the woods stubborn enough to not grow high and straight, but one who is still there after all the seedlings have long gone ...

Your words actually did encourage me to start writting again... Mostly to express my mood and clear my mind when I'm feeling blue or bursting with anger ... and this really helps me out ...
Cause I could never write a longer story even if my life depends on it, seems I'll never last to finish even a first chapter... guess the problem is I think much faster and farther than I could write everything down...
Can't someone invent a Mind-Dictaphone, please
