The battlefield in SUPER NINTENDO vs. CAPCOM is about to be full of Ink! The half kid and half squid resident from the Splatoon's homeworld of Inkopolis and also freshest combatant Inkling takes up the inked arms and ready to splat in the battle for the two universes as the last Nintendo character to join the roster! Looks like a brand new Turf War on a larger scale has begun! Other than Inkling, keep staying fresh in battle, everyone!Side: Nintendo

INTRO POSE: Inkling hops out of an ink puddle in squid form before transforming into her human form and readying the Splattershot
SPECIALS (Unique Feature: Ink Tank. Displayed above the Hyper Combo Meter, Ink Tank is used as an ammunition to Inkling's Ink-based Special Moves. If Inkling runs out of Ink, she/he cannot use any Ink-based Special Moves, therefore prompting Inkling to use Squid form to refill. Ink Tank also refill overtime when Inkling plays role as an Assist character):
> Basic Splattershot - Normal / Low
> Basic Inkbrush
> Slosher
> Splattershot (Low Ink usage, Air OK)
> Splat Charger (can be charged for more damage; High Ink usage; Ink usage is based on how long the move is charged)
> Splat Roller (can be hold for longer combo string; High Ink usage; Ink usage is based on the length of combo string)
> Squid Form (refills Ink Tank, similar to Chris' Prone but cannot attack; more agile)
> Blaster (consumes more ink than Splattershot and Splat Charger)
> Splat Bomb (Air OK, 50% ink usage)
> Sprinkler (50% ink usage)
> Seeker (50% ink usage)
> Splash Wall (75% ink usage)
> Inkbrush (low ink usage)
> Burst Bomb (low ink usage, can be used up to 3x)
> Ink Mine (50% ink usage)
> Disruptor (lowers opponent's spd and atk, 75% ink usage)
> Inkzooka (100% ink usage)
> Bubbler (lowers Inkling's damage taken, 75% ink)
HYPER COMBOS:
> Killer Wail - Similar to how Iron Man's Proton Cannon works, Inkling places down a speaker looking weapon that will fire extremely large soundwaves made of the player's ink color, racking up combos. This move can be angled similar to Ryu's Shinku Hadoken. This Hyper Combo doesn't spread ink.
> Inkstrike - Inkling fires a missile upwards. After a while, the missile comes back down, tracking the opponent’s location. Once it hits the opponent/ground, it will form a giant ink tornado similar to Iron Fist's Volcanic Roar ("Spirit of the Dragon") Hyper Combo. The missile can hit OTG.
> Let's Get Kraken! (Level 3) - Inkling transforms into an invincible squid monster that can traverse the ink that she made during the fight, and can also make ink wherever it travels. As the Kraken, moving into the opponent will harm them, pressing the attack button will have the Kraken do a spin attack that will do more damage and can wall bounce. This Hyper Combo lasts for 10 seconds.

Yes. Also, both have odd weaknesses. Both are weak to water, which is odd considering both are based on marine animals.

Yeah. Also, in Smash Bros., Inkling is unique in that she takes damage whenever she touches water.

Yeah. Ironically, Sonic can't swim, yet he can swim just fine in Smash Bros. Then again, it's merely a gameplay mechanic.
And the reason Volt Kraken is weak to water (the Goo Shaver, which is Tidal Whale's weapon) is obviously because water can short-circuit electrical currents.
