Description
My try on one of the Elder Things (Or Elder Race) from H.P. Lovecraft's "At the Mountains of Madness".-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Drawing time: About 3 1/2 hours total.
Tools: Pencil H3 a rubber and my Sketching-Block

I got a bit sloppy with the shadows and the perspective isn't quite right. But overall i think it isn't too bad.

thank you! As they are discribed with starfish-like bottom-parts in the book, i tried to replicate the dips that actual starfish have

Ahhhhhh i get what you mean. That was sloppy on my part. Before drawing this picture i only read the wikipedia-discription to refresh my memory, where they were just discribed as tentacles. Shame on me.
