Description
RefreshmentOnce again I found myself in knee-deep in cold water. This time my feet got used to it faster and I didn't have to exit the water inbetween shots.
This is the "Leopoldsteinersee" once again - a pretty place well worth a visit when you're in the area.

Absolutely stunning, I love the way you have composed the mountains, and the clouds looks really nice floating there. Lovely colours in the water, great job!

Was there a forest before the lake formed right?

The poles might just be the remainders of some cabin or a footbridge that were placed on top of them. They are man-made.

Oh, ok. I thought it's like a lake we have in Romania. When it was an earthquake a huge mass of soil slipped into the valley and blocked a small river. A lake formed there but it's full of poles because it was forest there before.
The name is Red lake or "Lacu Rosu" in Romanian. I thought it's the same situation here

Very nice indeed, great shot. I love the timber in the water, and the way it leads my eyes to the mountains and cloud. ^^ One of your best as of late for me.
