The concept is SUPER cute and the poses are very nicely animated. Even though you have the blanket across their bodes you can tell where their bodies are.
The lovely ladies are all the same size though, with the same skinny arms. The bodies are nicely done but they are all the same.
Isabela should be bigger/more muscular (and she should have her, um, big pirate cannons too), Hawke in the middle, and you have Merrill just about right.
Also, Hawke has a big head and looks very "anime", and Merrill does too, while Isabela's face is very natural.
I think Isabela's face is excellent, you should try to do the others a bit more like that.
