Description I was looking at some of John Wallins awesome concepts and got inspired to do a quick interior piece. ~3h, the perspective is a little off here and there, but I wasn't that concerned with it being perfect, just practicing. A long way til I reach Johns level, but I ain't gonna stop until I do dammit. Anyways, hope you like it!

It's brilliant in many ways, down to every little detail, but I can't stop wanting that table to break, crack in two under a heavily falling body and glass shattering everywhere, pieces stained with dark blood. I keep waiting for it to move, though I know very well I'm looking at a still picture.
Well, it's fantastic, anyway.

Superb work! The white curtains really caught my eye.

However, the chalk outlines are a common Hollywood myth. I have no idea where it came from, but they don't occur in crime scenes- I don't know if they ever did, really..
Reason being- it would contaminate the crime scene. Simple as that.

Great picture, nonetheless.

If you haven't picked such an unusual angle and the specific furniture pieces, this would have been a simple piece, but the way you did pick the angle and how you fit everything (impression of simmetry) and the overall orchestration of the setting really gives a touchablefeel to this piece, I love it. It made me curious as to what kind of fight/shooting did happen over there.

the scene's great man...but the lighting seems wrong...its like as if there are two suns....i mean, look at the extremes of the painting...the light is coming through the window on the right, and throught the bullet holes on the left door...

i would like to say.. been watching u for a long time and ur art is amazing. once i open up ur art it looks so realistic every single detail every single shadow and reflection u add is amazing + lots of other details..
but if u look into it closely u will see that its just a drawing with bits of plane lines here there and i think thats wot makes ur art so special...

well done man well done

I feel that the (slight) uneven perspective lends to exacerbate the eerie atmosphere.

Just like your brush strokes, imperfections will keep us all off-kilter! And we all need a good kick in the teeth every now and then.

Great work.

I like the way the point of view works in a conceptual level, it's like someone (a detective) is trying to see a different view of the event (at least that's how I read it). It also adds to the dramatic feeling, like the event has changed everything around it. The atmosphere you created sure does justice to the title.

I do find the light to be stunning but there is a little hmmm flaw, there seems to be two sources of natural light, one from each side. Was that intentional? If yes, then it works perfectly adding a feeling of paradox to the whole thing. The paradox of two suns, two sides to every story and so on.

The composition is wonderful. The symmetry and the angle remind me of a theatrical stage.

I think this piece is one of your best, achieving to transmit more than just a crime scene atmosphere. Good job
