If that's a person behind him (there appears to be a helmet) it looks like the guys putting his right elbow through his face, due to the rather abrupt change of color and shading.

i would say that the general fog/dust behind the dude's could use some improvement. my advice would be to give it the look of dust blowing in gusts or smoke. it would add nice detail to it.
