I was surprised to see that this was a pastel piece, it looks like a painting to me. I really liked how you got the effect that you did with the pastels, very impressive.
the green is perfect, even though I usually don't associate green with anger.

i wouldnt necacarily say that i feel alot of anger coming out of this piece, however i seem to have fallen quiet in love with it. i very much like the way you use the very stark and heavy shadow in contrast to the light skin colours. ^^

Great work, I love the pissed-off look that goes so well along with the green background! A little bit Marilyn-Manson-esk. Somehow I never figured out how to treat pastels like this, such that something came out that does not resembles the paintings you'd find in a kindergarden...

Thank you! Yes maybe a little bit marylin-manson-esk. I do find his clips interesting, the burlesque-grotesque-weird look of some of his songs clips.
Pastel is my favorite traditional medium, it's quick, you dont have to use other tools than your hands, i love it!
