Description
This is the second page from the Outline Proposal for the 4th Sem project. We had to design a energy efficient and affordable multistory building, with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as a penthouse. Renderings done in SketchUp Pro with V-Ray plug-in and Plans/Sections in Revit.Download for bigger resolution.

the apartment on the corner is the best one - on the other T2 the bathroom opening for the living room is strange. nice presentation. the penthhouse is also very nice.

I used Revit with modified view types.

why not use revit to render instead of vray? im assuming you have the model in revit due to the floor plans correct?

In the begining I made the model in Sketchup and the floor plans in Revit. Obviously the exterior was not so refined in Revit at first. Over time I managed to finish the exterior in Revit. You can see the Revit Renders in page 3 and the close up of the building.

V-ray plugin in SketchUp with settings modified to emulate night time, V ray lights, and then the crappy results have been edited in Photoshop.
