I dont have time to keep answering the same questions over and over again >_< I will be updating this journal entry as time goes on. Feel free to add a question in the comments section and I will try to answer it. ------------------- BASICS What are these dolls? They are BJD - ball jointed dolls. If you search Google with those keywords you will get plenty of results with companies and other info about them. This is the Wikipedia article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ball-jointed_doll. I love your work. It inspired me to do my own. If you would be so kind, how can i get red pastel off my doll? It seems to have stained it a bit.

I really really hope you reply to this soon :C I'm really upset. I can't find my Mr.Super Clear and I want to use liquitex matte medium. I do not own an airbrush. I heard some where that if you apply it with a cotton ball it should work okay. Do you have ANY suggestions about how I can use it without screwing up my doll? this is my first face up and I need to get it done soon. Please help xc

I never repaint any dolls before but can you use prisma colors or acrylic for the makeup rather than using pastels? And afterwards, what and how do you use to seal up the makeup with to avoid any smudges or do you just leave it the way it is?

I prefer to recommend only brands that I've used before but I guess that Prisma should be fine?! I've only tried some prisma pencils before but did not like how soft they were.

Hi, I know you must get 10000 questions a day, But I was wondering if you've ever repaint the whole body of one of your monster high dolls or if the lighting in the photos are just different? I just bought my MH doll the other day (Frankie) and I want to re paint her a new skin tone and I was curious how I should go about this if at all. So I thought I'd ask someone with more practice, and in case anyone else was wondering too. -Thanks ^^

So you want to repaint the whole body and face in a different colour? Yes it is possible, I have done that with resin dolls before, but I would not do it with my own dolls because it is just too much of a pain making sure that no chipping happens afterwards. The fastest and easiest way would be using an airbrush and then seal it as much as you can. You can also use pastels but you will be very very limited with the colour possibilities, because of the way pastels work as a material on an already coloured background. Good luck

I use regular human hair dyes. I do not use any "hair color remover" because I do not reuse the old hair. Instead I make a wig from scratch using organic or synthetic fibers. My Doll F.A.Q. linked in the description has a Wig section that will give you additional information.

Okay, now I have a question. xD
I have a BJD, and I recently got her a wig... Only it was nothing like I had expected. It did not fit my doll well at all, and I tried to curl the wig, since it said on the website that it is heat-resistent... Well, it lied. It isn't. At all.
And I couldn't help but notice you find amazing wigs for your dolls. Where do you look for wigs for your dolls?
