Well, this is one of my first renders aimed to be a wallpaper. Its a c, and ++, and you know what i mean! (i hope the winxxxx... company will not take any legal actions again me for using one of its logos for an artistic image)Related content

For the discussion: I made some projects with C/C++ and Java. The disadvantage of C/C++ is its advantage: it is very close to the machine (some ppl even say that C = assembler) and you have to think twice before you do something. Another consequence is that some things are not so comfortable like in Java but this machine-oriented programming allows you to create very effective code.

i made this logo when i was in college and programming a LOT in c... im now oriented towards the artistic part now and im programming now in actionscript, flash. its just like being in hell and then in heaven...

is made in maya, rendered with mental ray, a lot of tutorials, one hour of setting up everything, and 3 hours of render!

thanks man! i appreciate every comment... the shader is a dielectric.. the illumination is hdri, the key is the modeling of the pieces... the corners are rounded! ;D
