Description
The previous version of this raptor I drew was not meant to be accurate, but I took up the challenge of making it more realistic, and to appease the Feather Nazis.I'd like to thank and
for their suggestions.
*Edit: missing a toe and modified the eye and feathers.

Bleh. Dinosaurs never had feathers. That theory has been debunked. This excellent article tells all about it.Β answersingenesis.org/dinosaursβ¦

I'm sorry that doesn't appear to be a valid science journal, but a rather an opinion blog that takes studies out of context. There is clear fossil evidence of theropods and non-theropod with feathers.Β

It's all a myth that has been proven wrong. These theories are vastly inaccurate and largely unscientific. The mere genetics of the matter, reptiles morphing into birds, is biologically impossible and more made-up fairytales than proven science. The facts and logic speak for themselves.
The AIG website is known for it's scientific accuracy and Biblical truth. They do the real research and get to the heart of things.
Look, you're a great artist. I really mean that. Just on't be mislead by evolution propaganda that has no scientific grounds. Use your mind and think logically. I read your link, so now be courteous enough to read mine, if you please.Β answersingenesis.org/evidence-β¦

Evolution propaganda? What would scientists have to gain from spreading lies?

Making money, gaining power, turning people away from the truth: that God created the universe and made all of us with a purpose.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I would encourage you to look at the process of artificial selection and domestication, then ask yourself if that couldn't possibly happen by natural means. Β

Very cool, It only has 2 mistakes that I can see, and they are minor. The first is that the feathers end very abruptly, with the little tufts almost looking like somebody took a pair of scissors and cut the rest off. The second is that the feathers do not go far enough down the legs, and that it should probably have some small winglike feathers.Β
Aside from that, the anatomy is great, and so is the art quality.Β

Looking good! The color scheme is very pretty.
If you're looking for critique, there should be a little inner toe visible on the leg that's farther away.
