Liking the FG-42 style design. Looks like it would be a pretty rugged weapon that would be fitting for the late nineteen forties to mid fifties.

Thanks! I think it is a hybrid between FG-42, M3 smg, and the Czechoslovakian "Sa" series smg (tube-like body).
