Thought I'd finally get round to posting this original version of my "Death" Artwork that I did for Spiral Direct back in the day.This was the version I did originally that got printed on T-Shirts. Then, months later I went back and added more detail for the poster version. You can see that version earlier on in my gallery.

This cropped version of my work has been ripped and bootlegged so many time now I've lost count. In fact, another one came in today and it inspired me to upload this version of the Artwork as it's a closer match to the ripped Art I see around and so should be better for reporting these ripped Artworks here in DA.
The copyright to this Artwork is held by Spiral Direct Ltd, and they are more then happy to take people to court for bootlegging. Please don't do it.

are you complimented or annoyed by how frequently this image is used ?
I hope you have gotten some kind of compensation (or personal gratification) for this because seriously...I have seen this used by everybody from Hells Angels to the mom/pop shop up the street.

Little bit of both. It's a compliment because it's clearly liked by so many people. It's annoying because people have no respect for the rights of the copyright holder, which in the case of this image, is not me as it was done as a commission and the company own the copyright. So i would be a lot more annoyed if I still owned it.Β

for three years i've been searching this picture. on internet it was only not in the right size or not he original. i saw it on shirts, posters, and somewhere else but now its here.
