Great work but i think the font is strange looking on the card, use some other standard font.......like myriad pro or Arial
Also the alignment of text on the front could be center aligned. try to place your text close to your colored area

nicely done. that slit/tear color graphic leaves a lot of room for stylization and revision possibilities for future designs. I could see that concept being used for quite a while.
