I don't get it. You have some pictures in your cosplay-favourites-foulder which are showing swinsuits or casual cloths, too. How can they be counted as cosplay, but not this one?

Simple. This feels too much like showing off their "assets" while the ones that I have favorited don't focus on that but rather a more accurate representation of the life of those characters.
I think that you'd be referring to the swimsuit ones from Queen-Orange? Those are from the anime Code Geass, in which those three characters are actually wearing those swimsuits.
C.C. in casual clothing is also cannon with the anime.Β
I haven't seen Miss Fortune and Sivir wear those bikini's before ingame.Β
Of course people are free to do any creative thing to make their suit to their own image, butΒ

I'm not agree whole set was as Pool Party Sevir and Miss Fortune. Their cosplay costumes is swimsuits and even Riot Games made whole photoshoot with this costumes.

same reason people probably make them. "Oh look, we do have a lot of female fans out there."

I like the idea behind Sivir's cosplay.. It has a completely different style than her official skins, but yet it's easily recognizable to resemble her :3 And gotta admit, the cleavage aint bad either
