I do this series on Instagram where I draw some of the unsung villains of Batman TAS and the DC Animated Universe. Tygrus wasn't exactly a villain, but did act as an antagonist for most of the episode he appeared in. He was the experiment of a mad scientist, Emile Dorian, who was the episode's true evildoer.Related content
