in an alternate version of the future likely before bruce wayne retired from the mantle of batman, lex luthor partners up with brainiac for the first time in years to destroy superman once and for all by waging a war between every single hero and villain active so far while brainiac secretly uses his exobytes to steal the powers and abilities of every hero and villain that participated in this battle, this war has gotten so bad that metropolis is nearly destroyed to the point where superman exiled himself from earth, only to return with lex luthor killing both him and wonder woman

however in the wake of supermans death, this version of lex luthor travels back to the past where he warns superman, batman and wonder woman about brainiac's invasion as he has bottled up multiple locations and has sent his forces to invade many parts of the world, because of this, the future lex luthor has sent out exobytes to infect people around the world by turning them into metahumans that would help with putting an end to brainiac's takeover of earth, this is where peacekeeper blue comes into play

meet Andre clarckson, age 22, Andre clarckson Was once a normal intern at Wayne Tech who would only get coffee and make copies for the higher ups. but one day he dreamed of being a hero but was shot down by all hero agencies that didn’t think he’d be ready for the approaching threats and leave it up to the justice league and the new teen Titans, so he started doing small hero work in his neighborhood including stopping a bank robberies and break ins. this wasnt much, but hes got to start somewhere, however this was the moment where he was infected by one of brainiac and future lex luthors exobytes which gave him the power of sorcery, but he didnt get to test this new ability out yet as brainiac's invasion on earth was starting as he is captured and taken to one of brainiac's harvester ships so he can be analyzed and digitized

after a couple hours has passed, andre wakes up from imprisonment wearing a fully upgraded version of his peacekeeper blue suit where he is called by oracle as she assists in his escape by calling superman to help bust him out of the harvester ship as the 2 of them fights their way through brainiacs forces until they reach the teleporter room where they defeat the harvester ships guardian and uses the teleporters to escape as peacekeeper blue ends up at the safehouse in GCPD East End station

as peacekeeper blue arrives at the east end GCPD station where he is surrounded by multiple different heroes who are around his level or higher as he looks around the place beginning to fanboy over this until oracle calls him again as she welcomes him to "The Good Fight" as he is asigned for his first mission where his mentor, batman instructs him in stopping scarecrows plan in poisoning gotham city with fear toxins

however, before he can begin his first mission, he leaves the safehouse as he goes to look around gotham city for a bit before climbing on top of the wayne tech enterprises building that he worked at so he can get a good view of the city as he sees things like a bat signal in the sky along with the GCPD blimp, a brainiac ship and a part of gotham that was bottled up by brainiac, now that andre, peacekeeper blue is working with batman as his mentor, this could give him another chance to help out heroes like the justice league and the teen titans as a true hero
