I little idea I came up with in response to the apparent controversy of the Jared Leto Joker's tattoos
I like'em though it's also curious that the blurry set photos almost look as if he IS wearing make-up over his tattoos. Either way, thought this was creepy!

Haha, thanks! His look is definitely in-matey like they're prison tattoos which might clue into the plot? Nothing to go on but I think the movie will be kinda like the animated Assault on Arkham. And Some of the blurry set photos of him didn't look like he had tattoos which made me think he might be wearing white make-up (after he breaks out?) So this creepy image popped into my head

Yep, though some reports are coming in that the "tattoos" were only for the 75th Anniversary pic since, as you said, none of the set pics have the tattoos.
