Animated commissions are actually a little up in the air- but I wouldn't mind discussing it a little bit over note (I'd prefer it over skype at the moment) If you could note a little more info (such as in what kind of time frame you'd like this done) as well as length of the animation and stuff like that I think I'd have a better idea.
