Description [link]

In the far-off world of Equestira, where the hoof-blessed are dominant and magic is commonplace, Twilight Sparkle convinces her friends to practice spells with the Elements of Harmony, artifacts imbued with the ancient power that can bring balance to their world in the time of darkest chaos. From her readings, she has found the perfect spell to test: The Eye of Harmony, a vortex that shifts the Elements' power into a single source in the occasion that their power must be amplified to unimaginable strength.

The practice of the spell is successful, but everything goes wrong when a strange "POLICE PUBLIC CALL BOX" materializes in the center of the cast vortex and siphons all the power. The box's doors open to reveal a bigger-on-the-inside chamber of alien wonders, but all that concerns Twilight & her friends is their Elements' missing power.

With few other options, they venture inside the box to try and restore the Elements to their former strength. But soon they find themselves pulled into a nightmare of impossible monsters and demons the likes of which the six friends of them have even beared to contemplate. The little ponies must brave the power of the TARDIS if they are to ever prove themselves worthy of reclaiming the power of Harmony.

This tale takes place between the Doctor Who stories "Blink" & "Utopia", and the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic stories "Games Ponies Play" and "Magical Mystery Cure".

My brain is full of silly story ideas again. This one is somewhat half-baked, but at the least, I thought I could get some cool imagery out of it. So here we are.

About time somepony made a Harmony reference!

"First thing thing we'd know are the Elements of Harmony, next we see the Tree of Harmony! What next the Eye of Harmony -- Oooh..."

So Martha's there, but Jack is not. This should be interesting.

Actually, my idea is that it's set between the TARDIS escaping the Weeeping Angels in Blink and whenever it returned to the Doctor & Martha in 1969.

That... Fits rather well.

So the story's a bit like "Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS"?

Future Zombie-things and everything?

A bit like that, possibly.

The story relies on an idea that the TARDIS's Eye of Harmony is power-wise equal to the Elements of Harmony in unison, which in a scenario where the Mane Six utilize the Elements in a certain way, signals the TARDIS across universes when it picks up the energy reading of "Harmony", to use a term, and by a protocol installed by the Doctor, summons the TARDIS to the location where it picks it up (I'm thinking of how the TARDIS Eye of Harmony was nothing more than a link to the real Eye on Gallifrey in the classic series that powered all TARDISes in existence. Somehow by Hide, the Doctor's got his own going as the fuel source [or maybe that's just how the TARDIS Eye works by then, given the TV Movie's premise], but before then, it's still relying on Cardiff rift energy for power, thus a system to rediscover the eye just in case something would bring Gallifrey back. Because the Doctor may just be that hopeful deep down.)

In a basic idea of how this story works, the TARDIS is drawn to materialize in Equestria then sucks up the Elements' power in a case of mistaken identity of a sort, and by way of the Mane Six's ties to the Elements as bearers, are sensed as somehow tied to the "Harmonic power" the TARDIS has detected, explaining how they could get into it without a key or fingers to snap. As for what happens inside the ship, I'm thinking the Eye of Harmony room might try to draw them in in a case of misreading their connection to the Elements' power (Hence the picture above), possibly leading the ponies into a sort of inner realm/virtual reality like the Gallifrey Matrix where manifestations of the kind of monsters the Doctor & the TARDIS have seen and faced, while the TARDIS's mind might try to fix the error and try to help the Mane Six escape.

It's a nifty idea, though admittedly I've shelved it for the moment while I focus on other Who/MLP based stories.
