In short, they're two of the stars of a 1990s TV show about broadcasting old movies ranging from mediocre to bad, accompanied by clever riffing throughout and some comedic antics from the human host and his robot friends and the scientists holding them all hostage in in the Satellite of Love.

The crazier part is there's a site where someone plays it 24/7. (with the occassional non-riffed movie for the viewers to riff and have fun with on their own)
