Black Canary put up a great effort. Her screams killing Thelgar and silencing the creatures. However the same thing that happened to many superheroines before now, happened to Black Canary herself, exhaustion. Her screams became weaker and so did the rest of her body before capture.
Excellent work on her! I love this style of peril work!

Love how you brought her expression and 'character-specific' situation. It was Black Canary, and she was strangled, so she couldn't perform her 'song' to free herself.

Is this her standard costume from the beginning? I'm only aware of one other costume she had on for awhile in Birds of Prey.

She's had quite a few over the years. I think I can count at least 6, maybe more.

That one is my favorite version - from the Justice League Unlimited cartoon that was on a few years ago.
This one also matches her most traditional appearance, except that she wears black fishnets on over the blue nylons in the comics.
