Research and Dev. finally did it!! After 15 years and 24 billion dollars they finally perfected the unbreakable bond, just don't ask me how they did it, I'm only the CEO and not the scientists who worked on the project. The tests are under way and seem to be a complete success. Gasing and knocking out She Hulk was never a problem but when she wakes up..., well lets put it like this: our last test resulted in the complete destruction of our Complex 17-A, after she woke up she broke the bonds and you know the rest. However, that is not the case this time, see attached photos.

Hulks tend to frenzy. S.H.E.I.L.D. needs some way to restrain her until she calms down.

Will science eventually overcome superpowers? Not a bad thing when dealing with villains but when the villains are running the labs look out!

The villains would rejoicing when the heroes are in chains and they have all the power.

For some villains, not all, if they win, the heroes are all gone and they are in charge they would get bored, have nothing to do and wish for the good old days.

That tends to happen when the villain ultimately wins. I guess the villains could start fighting with each other or find a new place/world to conquer.
