First Enchanter Liara and Knight Commander Samara - Dragon EffectI liked the dynamic between Orsino and Meredith in Dragon Age 2 with the two characters trying to fulfill they’re respective roles yet always digging at one another (esp on Meredith’s part) so I thought it would be fun to place Liara and Samara in their positions, plus asari catfights are always fun.
Samara- Since she’s so adherent to her justicar code in Mass Effect I thought seeing her as a knight commander sworn to uphold the templar code was fitting. Morinth could also come into play as the apostate daughter that Samara would spend her time hunting (when she’s not busy with official duties).
Liara- As first enchanter Liara would do her best to quell the fear and stigma associated with mages and would aid Shepard by doing what she could to cover up the fact that he’s harboring three apostates in his crew (Kaidan/Jack/Miranda) from Samara. Maybe by inventing fake phylacteries or something else more clever/plausible.
Not sure who will be next, maybe EDI/Legion or Javik/James

It's an interesting thought about what most of them would be in the Dragon Age universe, but I think you forgot to include both Aria T'Loak and Nyreen Kandros from the Mass Effect 3: Omega DLC.
What I've also been thinking about after seeing this, if Mass Effect crossed over with Star Wars I would see Liara T'Soni as a Jedi Consular while Samara walks the path of a Jedi Guardian or Jedi Sentinel.

All of these mashups are absolutely amazing! I think in the end this is probably my favorite (I have a soft spot for Samara), but every single one of these is amazing!

I really like this Idea though one part I have trouble seeing how it would work as since all Asari have powers (going by as Magic in this case) rather they use them or not I just don't see Samara being a Justicar in the same sense as it would work in Dragon Age not unless this was some new kind of Law to allow Mage Warriors (which we know they wouldn't) & just don't see her working for them let alone fighting against people (her own or others) when she has the same power in her (plus her powers were a big part of her besides just her devotion to her code)
but that's just my personal nitpick

These are awesome. I do imagine Samara as more an Arcane Warrior though, seeing as she's an insanely strong biotic.

True enough, but the only one who can approach such power would be meredith, and she had a magic object which helped her out.
...Until it sucked out her soul and turned her to stone.
