Normando the high dragon , my first attempt, didn't use much reference which resulted in a lot of anatomy issues, leading to this version being pretty much scrapped.happy N7 day everyone (November 7th) to celebrate here's the surprise character in the Dragon Effect series, she's not completely finished yet but wanted to share something for this special day. Joker the dragon rider/pilot will be along shortly along with the final cleaned up group shot of the whole crew.

Not only because of nautical tradition but also, dragons and high dragons in the Dragon Age setting are always female. Male dragonkin are wingless and referred to as Drakes.
