Here’s the first pairing in a new concept series I’m doing of the Mass Effect characters in the Dragon Age universe. Had to start with my boys! Kaidan’s look was influenced by Anders and his powers are probably pretty similar. I gave Shepard the blood dragon armor since it seemed most fitting for him as the lead character and is a nod to the fact that the blood dragon armor already serves as a bridge between the two titles.Next up is Jack and Miranda, Jack is going to be soooo much fun. (She’s going to be a blood mage)

Maybe but if I do femshep she'd have to wait till I'm done with the other guys so it could be awhile. It's tough for me because I really hate the way default femshep looks, like she looked ok initially in the artwork but once the game came out I was just not a fan. I like some of the custom femsheps out there much better.

You should totally do a Femshep that looks like the initial artwork! Creating your own look is the Mass Effect / Dragon Age way!

I see, I don't really like the default femshep either, mostly because she doesn't look like a soldier to me compared to maleshep. Perhaps you could find a compromise between the default face and customs, it's kinda what my Shepard look like, but then it's not gonna please everyone so I don't know !
But just don't do it if you don't feel like it, otherwise you won't have fun drawing her and it's the most important part, isn't it.
One last question; Who would fit as Isabela in your opinion? I was thinking about Ashley (she seems quite renegade/egoistic for the little I know of her) or eventually Liara (just because she's the equivalent babe for Mass Effect) but her personality is quite different, opposed in fact.

I haven't even though about Isabela to be honest. For some reason Kasumi comes to mind, I see Liara more as Leliana since she's good natured and bisexual like her. Still not sure if I'll be doing Ashley since I always pick Kaidan to survive (plus it's less work lol)

Although I must say that thinking about Kaidan as a sexy apostate fighting against the Chantry and the Circles is suddenly giving my dear Anders some serious competition. 
If he was ever to be possessed by a spirit, I wonder which one it would be... Compassion, Faith, Hope, Justice, Valor (or some other we have yet to meet)?
I had Javik once describe Kaidan as an Avatar of Faith in a story... So I may be tempted to go with that! Lol!
I'm also wondering what type of soldier Shepard would be... A Templar gone rogue, perhaps? Having left the order to protect the mages that are now fighting for their freedom.
I've always had a thing for Mages / Templars pairings.

I was totally thinking the same thing as far as a templar/mage pairing but I had to give him the blood dragon armor since it's Shepard.

Well, that still works! Considering that Alistair stopped wearing Templar armor as soon as he left the Order.

At least he wouldn't angst over everything as much as Anders. I loved him in Awakening, wanted to punch his face in during DA2.

Kaidanders is absolutely amazing. Love Shep too! Can't wait to see Jack, haha, tho the only blood mage companion in DA is Merrill and they're not really similar.

I'm more going off what I feel best suits their personality, since Jack is so crazy and demented I think it would be best to have her dabbling in the black arts.

True! I guess some kind of Morrigan clothing would suit her too. A bit more provocative tho.
Well I can't wait to see how that goes. Are you gonna do only humans or other races too? I know Dave Rapoza had made a medieval salarian but idk how the species would fit in a Dragon Age world.

Yeah, it's definitely no surprise that Jack would be rocking out as a blood Mage...though she could totally fit into Morrigan's stead as well as a witch of the wild

I'm gonna have Miranda be inspired by Morrigan since their personalities are too similar to not have them look alike. They're both hot bitches but also somewhat sarcastic and passive agressive. i think Jack is a little too psycho to be Morrigan-like.
