I was excited to attempt to photograph the Milky Way for the first time and it's sure amazing how far you must go from the densely populated coast of California to really see the stars! This is from an old abandoned USAF Radar Array on top of Mt Laguna about 1 1/2 hours inland from San Diego and an elevation of 5,000 feet. Besides the extreme arctic temps(52 degrees and 30 mph winds), it was absolutely amazing! Please feel free to "Comment" and "Share" this one Related content
