Retouched pics of the propaganda posters from the Red Dawn remake. Here I have the Soviets, China and North korea invade the US.I think the movie should have been set in the 1980s, back when a communist threat was still believable or they shouldn't have done that remake at all.

Or just have the invaders be generic Communists, instead of specifically North Koreans.

The remake was just a whole movie dedicated to get people to despise the DPRK more. The old one was like Jaws, a theory of what could happen.

Totally. Back then everyone was afraid of what the cold war would turn into. You had this movie where we would be occupied and enslaved by the Russians and the anti-nuclear war movie The Day After, which seemed more likely if any war were to break out between the superpowers. Besides, It doesn't matter how boastful the DPRK is abut its military,
if anyone thinks that a tiny impoverished country like the DPRK could invade and occupy this large and diverse country with ease, they're dreaming!

As much propaganda as it was, it was a good film. In the professions of the DPRK, they'd attempt to cut off the head and take the body method, if they were to invade (at least it's what I would do). Secondly, the intentional irrationality of people who act like broken records or humorless comedians or (the worst) "experts" should take the time to learn that the DPRK is attempting to attain M.A.D status and they've even said they would only attack in retaliation.
