Sain, I'm sure you will protect the ladies from those demons of the enemy but who will protect them from "you"?I got this idea as soon as I discovered Lucius was a man.

I've wondered the same thing. I am sure it would have gone something like this. Sain mouthing off his wooing and not letting Lucius get a word in.

I knew that he was a guy when I saw his sprite image. What really made me think, "OMG he looks like a girl" was the official artwork =.=

i knew knew was a guy basically based on his name. but for some reason, i also felt that even without knowing his name, i thought he was still a guy. it is obvious though how people constantly mistake him for a girl. he does have fair skin and beautiful long hair. i think the fact that his clothes were blue also helped me think of him as a guy whereas Serra was wearing pink and purple.

I DON'T REMEMBER what I thought when I realized Lucius was a monk. I think I thought he was a girl until he instantly says he's a monk and I went "OHHHH, oh wow... Okay. Cool."

At first I thought he was a girl at his face portrait. Then realized he was a guy after a few of his conversations with others. But then when I looked at his artwork, I got confused again. How can THAT be a guy!?

For real. It took me months to find out the truth. Having the long hair, dress/robe and a sash about the hips continued the impression that Lucius was a woman.

For me, it was the SLENDER hips, the hair, and the feminine hands and face. >.>
It's really a shame they did not have a support between these two....

Wow... I followed the link to the portrait, and Lucius is really drawn like a female...
And I think Chaotic-Tide is right--the sprite picture does look more masculine.

I actually thought that Lucius looked like a guy when I first saw his character sprite. I wondered why people always mistook him for a girl. Then I saw his portrait and understood.

Poor Sain. A good laugh for Raymond. He could use one.
You might want to put a little more detail into these just to help identify the characters. I didn't realize who Lucius was until panel 7 and 8. Nothing fancy is needed. Sain is easily recognized by his headband [and words

I thought Lucius was a girl by the hair for the longest time. Having the sash about the waist and those hips don't help either
I wasn't too big on elaborating cuz these were doodles on the bus
