Description
This is my faun Halcyon... Hal for short.
The base of his horns are actually lower and fairly thick you just can't tell because of all the hair swirling about his head like a messy hair tornado.
He likes to think he's the ruler of his forest, and dislikes humans who claim his wood as their lands as well as unicorns. The moment a unicorn enters it tends to become a unicorn forest despite his best efforts. He's magically inclined as well, but well, unicorns and people. When people see unicorns it's like, "Oh! This must be a unicorn forest!"
Plus they don't shoot at them like they shoot at him when he's transformed completely into a stag. He's got the scars to prove it, if you haven't noticed the neat little arrow wound under his chest and the scar underneath his eye.
Despite his somewhat pleasant looks, that smug smile is a good indication of his personality. He's also a bit crude when others get to know him if they can get past his slightly stoic demeanor.

He is constantly hunted by hunters as a prize, since in his stag form he's silver.

After nine hours of coloring... not including the sketching or inking, this piece is done.
I think this is the first ever 'complete' cg work I've done. Normally I half-ass it but not this time.
