Description
Pyr Tyrann is the Embodiment of Languages. He knows all languages that have ever existed and then some. However, as a Toana, he is physically unable to speak any language other than Toanian. To overcome this, he developed the talisman worn around the neck, the allspeaker, which is worn by most Toana. They allow Toana to speak in languages they are otherwise unable to speak in due to physiology.
