So I finally got around to drawing MS!Ceil's design and I love??? Wasn't sure on giving him normal legs or robo legs, so he has both until decided upon.

here's some work in progress backstory dabbles I have for those interested,

Ceil was an N-Tek soldier who was sent out to snoop a place and find out if any of Dredd's goons were up there messing around. Well in the warehouse there was a few 'experiments' and special ultralinks that were sent to link with special or unique things. Being a little to curious he snook into the secret area/lab they were holding Ultralinks and was captured. Tied down and stripped of his weapons the head scientist/overseer, Xylus, wanted to incorporate Ceil, a THI based weapon, and the ultralink all together. Preparing for this experiment took time and gave N-tek enough time to realize something had gone wrong and send a small rescue squad. Linking was commenced and outcomes seemed very beneficial when an N-tek soldier had shot the Ultralink while in its vulnerable mode. Somehow it didn't kill Ceil but it left a huge chunk of information and memories missing as well giving him violent pains as he lost what was now a 'mind' or another part of him. Confused, hurt and afraid he ran off and hid. Major problems of this linking is he can no longer process things as a normal human can and so he does't think much, he zombies around because effort in though causes him extreme pain and sometimes open up the small ultralink part of him and he'll go into a berserk-er kind of mindset. He has constant migranes and honestly can barely function through the day
