I want to say the two main reasons I'm an overly creative person is because: 1. I'm a Pisces, and 2. I have horrible ADD. LOL Getting better at art (or writing) is really just having an insane perception of paying attention to detail - no matter how small. From now on, when you look at a piece of art, try to zoom in and look at EVERY little thing the artist did. A freckle, a wisp of hair, an eyelash - everything. Then apply it to your artwork. It'll take time, and lots of effort, but there will always be improvement.
