How old are must of the punks in your area? The ones in the Bay Area tend to be pretty young (like 14-17) except for the veterans.

You really don't see any younger than sayyy 16? But we range from about 17 - 18 right to middle aged and even into their 60s. Obviously because we're British, we still have a lot of the old school punks who were here first time around. I mean really, the punks here hang around in pubs, festivals, all dayer gigs etc, so you have to be over 18 to have a decent time anyway.
Although a few years back we all used to hang out at a skatepark but we all grew out of that, went to uni etc.

It's great that the old-school punks hang out with the kids. Here, we still have a lot of old-school punks but most of them are either always on tour if they're in bands or being the "responsible adult". Mostly we hang out at shows but sometimes we arrange to meet in other places (including a lot of train stations considering we all live in different cities.) The drinking age is higher in the US so bars where they only let people of age enter are mostly out of the question (but admittedly, drinking isn't XD.)
In some parts of the Bay, you have to be over 18 to have a good time but in others, there are a lot of all-ages events.
Seeing this photo kind of makes me wish I lived in the UK because I'm older than a lot of the punk kids I hang out with.

We get similar weather in the Bay. It's usually cold (but probably not as cold as the UK) and foggy but when the sun does come out, it's super bright.
