Description This is (part of) a bridge that I took a picture of while I was crossing it.
I was experimenting with the high contrast, washed-out, look again. I think it works well with this shot.

Yea, the high contrast was one of the first things I noticed about this photo, looks good! Funny thing I noticed is that the smallview seems to be very well-composed, orderly, and subdivided into neat areas, while the fullview looks totally messy and confusing. Probably because the photo is bigger than my screen, so in fullview I lose the overview, because I only see individual bars and not the stripy areas they create together. At any rate I like the photo, I just wish I had a bigger screen ;]

I get what you mean, but I like the lost "messy" feel it has to it. That's why I called it lost in lines. Sometimes it's good to not have a well composed, standard-meeting piece, and have something totally subjective. Like this.
But thanks very much for the comment. The picture is also too large for my screen.

I think this very duality is an interesting feature about the photo, it adds another dimension/contrast of orderly vs. messy to the photo.

I just notice: This contrast between preview/fullview is only found online, never in traditional pictures. (Unless you count a far view and a close-up view...)

Yeah, that is true. Online art is much different. Maybe when you go to an art gallery in the future, there will be a whole bunch of computers for you to look at the gallery online, haha.
