I really love the contrats between shadow Vs. a little light. I disagree with the person above who said the eyes should be brighter. I think that the brightness of the light to the left sets off the abundance of shadow and makes the eyes just intense enough.

That's a really good head shot and a nice pose. It would be nice if his eyes were a brighter shade of green to catch your attention.
