The colors and facial expression of this piece drew me in. I like the contrast of the purple hair and bright eyes. Her facial expression makes me wonder what she is looking at or thinking about. It seems as if she is pausing to consider a decision and hasn't quite made up her mind.
The shape of her hair is beautiful. I like it fills the picture. Perhaps it could use a little more definition? Some places have good detail (right around the ponytail and the right bang), but farther from the ponytail the hair seems to lack definition. That said, the hair feels alive. Like the picture captures it in the middle of a movement.
I really like her eyes!! Eyes can be so challenging, but they seem like the strongest part of this piece! I think that is the part of the piece you were aiming to draw attention to, because the other details of this piece lead to her vibrant eyes.
The shadows on this make me wonder what is behind the viewer. The light seems to be coming through a fence or something? I'm guessing from the bars of shadows on her arm, side, upper shoulder, and the top of her ponytail. Maybe she is thinking about whatever is behind those bars!

Hi! I haven't seen the anime, but even though I haven't, this is still a beautiful piece of art!
So, I like how she kind of looks like Raven from Teen Titans because of the diamond on her forehead.
I also like how you did her hair, and one of the cool things I noticed was the shine of her hair on her cheek.
I like how the purple reflects on it. The shading on her face is well done, too! I like the contrast between the
light and shadow on her cheeks, which of course, makes the picture pop out. To go back to her hair, I like how the
strands look so real! I gotta say, too, that I'm a sucker for purple hair. Too bad it's not a natural hair color.
Lastly, I want to comment on her eyes, because it's always the eyes that captivate me! I like the shine and how pink they are!
I also like how you shaded her eyes right underneath her eyelids, which makes her eyes more realistic, natural, and beautiful!
