Description
I wanted to work on several new techniques--a new shading technique, painting water on a person, painting wet hair, painting water--and I wanted to work on proportion, angles, and muscles. This happened.Related content

Looking very good - you've got skills, brah. Not entirely sure about the water on the person - perhaps it would be worth continuing to research that - but otherwise, there's some fine digital painting going on in this piece.

Thank you. I was actually following a tutorial by sakimichan for wet skin, but I'm sure she does it a lot better than me.
Also: is a grrrrl, not brah. But whatevs. Gender is stupid.

Son of a bitch, I've done it again! Please forgive me for the mix-up - I just saw the piece, and assumed that you were a guy. As for the water, I guess if you were going to follow anyone's tutorials, Sakimi-chan's would be a great place to start... anyway, I personally find water extremely difficult to paint, so I'm not really in a position to critique. We can only try, and try again...

Lol. This is why we say we live in a patriarchal society; male is considered the default. I like painting females because I know the anatomy better and I guess I wanna paint body goals or something.... it's hard to explain.

I think the days of the patriarchal society are numbered - old gimmers like me will eventually die off, and be replaced with a more politically-correct populace. I do apologise if I caused any offence.

You didn't, just making an observation.
