It looks like Toothless has the Wolverine claw/knife thing. But awesome nonetheless! However, he does look a bit TOO fierce for the giant pussycat he is.

No, I'm still learning how to shade. But I'm getting the hang of drawing cats though. However, my dragons are usually snake-like dragons with bat wings and horns. And I don't have an online drawing program (Other than an app on my tablet), so I can't do stars... The only way I can do stars is to spend three hours drawing little dots and using the airbrush to make it glow. And I'm too lazy to do that.
