#66 ACEO for the March monthly trade via

No OCs this time, so I choose to "play" a little with this ACEO: I have had just finished to read a book about dinosaurs that I received the email from the Group's Admin about the trade in which there was written I was free to choose anything between dinoes, birds, griffins, phoenix and other beautiful bird-like creatures, so I get the idea of something more "playfull"!
The Archeopteryx (with T-rex and Stegosaurus) was one of my favourite dinoes since I was a child, and I decided to draw it in a "fast food" moment: will it be able to catch the dragonfly, or will be the dragonfly able to fly away?

Just move the little lever acetate at the base of it!

Hope you like how it turned out!

Ref used? Surely!!!!! But no one directly: I worked studying and sketching from in particular Museums' fossils photoes, some reconstructions/illustrations and toys photoes finded in Google Search.
The pose, colours and other details are invented by me, but I based my choices on the informations I finded in the book by S. Brusatte, "The Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs", where are suggested that dinoes had fethers and they should be also iridescent and/or colorfull.
The dragonflys are not changed a lot throught ages in theyr form, even if they've do for theyr size.... n.n
