well if you think about Becket it was only actually "Raped" by Alma once and he impregnanted her and to answer your second question Pointman and Fettle are Alma's children but they were taken from her by the Armacham corperation for experimentation and even though Pointman didn't get his mother's physic abilities it is revealed in the original Fear that Alma is actually Pointmans mother as she says these lines and I quote "I know who you are" and "My son" it is also hinted when she reached out to hug Pointman in the original game but he shot at her until she disappeared

Yeah, personally I would've gone a different way. When I first heard fear3 was going to have coop I thought Beckett was going to be the other option. Fettel's fun gameplay-wise but he's kind of an ass.
