Congrats !!! well on quitting !! i tried a few times..will try again..been smoking since I was 11 and now am 47 ....more exercise.. you eat more now or snack for compesation?

well, we started at same age between 10 and 11 (first, stollen cigarettes and woods then harder and harder!) i am 52, see, i quit just before 50
yes, i eat more.. no snacks! and when you are young, it is easyer to loose waight!

me too, after two three weeks, i had to start again... but i don't feel safe now! i have a friend, she didn't smoke 17 years long, and now, with 50.. started again!
young smokers are smoker for life!
