Spiny lobster tail sliced and in between the slices romanian black truffle, brushed with butter and topped with a white wine sabayon, black tiger prawn kisses the side and green asparagus rolled in prosciuttio hamkisses the other side, baked in the oven.Cooked at work today.

Blanch the green asparagus in boiling water for about 2 minutes, drain and cool in cold water.dry and wrap a few pieces in a piece of bacon tightly. sear in a pan with a little butter on all sides till lightly browned. then finish off in hot oven about 180.190 celcius for about 10 minutes .depending on the thickness of the asparagus.
