Description Number Man isn't the first supercomputer built to assist NAXA with the complex calculations that make space exploration possible, but he is the first to be capable of bragging about his intelligence, and it's impossible to talk to him about anything without hearing about his unmatched computational power.  This comes at the expense of any integrated combat abilities, but he compensates for this with mastery of NAXA's defensive measures.

Weapon: Countdown Bomb
Weakness: unknown

I don't feel like the other half of my little set of OC Robot Masters is ready for public consumption yet, so I'm changing gears in my uploading spree. Designing NetNavi versions of classic Robot Masters who don't have EXE counterparts has been a popular pastime since that was a group that included Cut Man--but while Battle Network always heavily focused on on counterparts to characters from the classic series (and occasionally others), it had its share of all-new characters as well, and I see no reason not to also go the other direction and turn NetNavis back into Robot Masters.  And if you make the Venn diagram of "NetNavis not based on anyone from the Classic/X/etc. timeline" and "major characters in the Battle Network series," the center is pretty much just NumberMan and *maybe* ThunderMan, so the green fellow is an obvious pick.

Rather than just straight up draw NumberMan in a classic-y style, I decided to basically pretend there was already a classic Number Man that the Navi was based on and try to reverse-engineer him, imagining what themes and traits could have been stylized and exaggerated to create the Navi and what might have been lost in translation.  NumberMan's most distinctive feature is his big head globe full of blinking lights, and he has a math theme to him, and the combination of math and blinking lights reminded me of a computer--not the desktops and laptops most people use in everyday life today (and certainly not the PETs from Battle Network itself), but a big old chunk of an early computer, especially one you'd see in an old movie or TV show.  So I gave him a boxier "hat" with a grid of blinkenlights, and a chest full of a couple more readouts and a tape reel (which wouldn't actually be functional all by itself, but it's only there for aesthetic reasons anyway).  I also made his torso yellow because nobody was in a position to stop me.
