Description
A concept I thought up after watching the TV show fringe. These are combat Telepaths they are special units that serve the Southern Allied Nations. They Are well trained in Telepathy and telekinesis. Having developed the ability from a young age and further developed with the help of special drugs. Powerful telepaths are able to lift a full grown man in power armor and toss him. They are also able to read their enemies minds to predict where they are. They also poses the ability of foresight being able to predict where gunfire will land. Allowing them evade most gunfire to a certain degree.
Their armor is a Titanium carbon composite placed over a ballistic vest allowing a degree of protection from gun fire and even plasma bolts. The special helmets they wear are equipped with PSY-Disruptors blocking hostile telepaths from viewing their minds. Along with a re-breather for when poison gas is used or when fighting on airships. Their weapons are a Plasma cannon spear and a Plasma pistol for back up. The Plasma spear is a duel purpose weapon which allows the telepath to fire at their enemy from a distance using one of two settings a Plasma beam and a Plasma bolt. The second function is as a close combat spear with the blade being created out of shaped plasma Allowing them to engage enemies at either range. The staff wont work for anyone other then a telepath as it has no external trigger, relying on the telepath to fire the weapon mentally. All this is powered by A micro-fusion Core which is located at the bottom of the staff just above the second plasma blade.
